    Jessica Kinsey

    Jessica Kinsey, MSW, LISW-S, is the Founder and CEO of Access Tusc, a nonprofit organization in Dover, Ohio, dedicated to connecting residents with essential services like healthcare, transportation, housing, and mental health care. Under her leadership, Access Tusc has launched impactful programs such as Access Tusc Transit and Bridges to Wellness. A licensed social worker with a background in hospital and behavioral health services, Jessica also serves as Secretary of the Ohio HUB Association, advocating for care coordination across the state.

    Natalie Bollon

    Natalie Bollon is the Executive Director of the ADAMHS Board of Tuscarawas and Carroll Counties, with over 17 years of leadership in mental health and addiction services. She holds a Master of Science in Education from Purdue University, specializing in Clinical, Counseling, and Applied Psychology. Natalie champions access to prevention, intervention, and recovery resources, and leads initiatives in suicide prevention, crisis response, and treatment development across the region.

    Jodi Salvo

    Jodi Salvo serves as the Ohio State Representative for the 51st House District. With a background in social work and nonprofit leadership, she brings a deep commitment to community health, education, and public safety. Prior to her election, she led substance use prevention efforts and coordinated multiple local coalitions focused on wellness and advocacy.
