About Stephanie: With over 20 years of experience in leadership development, I bring energy, strategy, and purpose to every individual and team I work with. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths and Engagement Coach and former Vice President of Leadership Stark County, I’ve helped hundreds of individuals—from high school students to C-suite executives—unlock their full potential by discovering and maximizing their innate strengths.
Whether I’m facilitating a board retreat, leading a team workshop, presenting a keynote or offering one-on-one coaching, my goal is the same: to help people understand what makes them great, and how to bring more of that greatness to their work, relationships, and communities.
