Creator of tools4hiring.com, a website designed to help Human Resources Professionals and Hiring Managers eliminate discrimination in the hiring process, she now designs and leads webinars discussing different diversity and equity topics within the workplace. Dawn has helped companies recruit and hire new employees and create and execute recruiting and succession plans. She is a public speaker and diversity champion.
