About Valarie A. Nash, SHRM-SCP, CLRP

Valarie A. Nash is an experienced HR Professional with a passion for helping businesses thrive!

With a career spanning 30 years in both the private and public sectors, she is an accomplished Human Resources subject-matter expert. Valarie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Mount Union College (now known as the University of Mount Union). Additionally, Valarie is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and a Certified Labor Relations Professional with the National Public Employee Labor Relations Association (NPELRA). 

Driven by the desire to assist businesses with their HR and training needs, Valarie founded 821 Consulting LLC. As a consultant, Valarie collaborates with businesses of all sizes to create sustainable solutions tailored to their specific needs.
