You might think you know, their boss might think they know, but in the end the leader themselves know. Ned will present on the results of his ongoing research on what leaders struggle with the most.
Ned owns Aegis 360™ Consulting, a global provider of business consulting and staff development services that help organizations improve leadership competencies, discover, and align business strategies, and improve culture through employee engagement efforts.
His background crosses a wide swath of experience as a U.S. Army Officer/ Helicopter Instructor pilot and business owner. He has spoken and trained all over the world. He has given over 2,000 presentations to over 30,000 people since starting Aegis 23 years ago.
Ned is a Celemi Certified Solutions Partner Ø Wiley Everything DiSC® Certified Distributor Ned is the author of The Simple and Easy Manager: What Managers Need to Know Before They Need to Know It., published in 2018.
Ned uses table top and virtual business simulations for much of his work.
Ned lives in Akron. He is a certified flight instructor in both airplanes and helicopters, and you can find him at an airport most Saturdays and Sundays.
